Refund policy

All E&E Performance badges are custom-made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges (0-day return window).

If your order arrives defective, is damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at eparadee@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Custom color, sizing, and design choices are the buyer's responsibility — please double-check your order before purchasing.
